It was a delight to spend time with my sister Megan and her husband Christian in their home outside of the Washington DC area for this lifestyle newborn session! I have been looking forward to this blog post since my sister told my family she was pregnant. Two weeks ago this beautiful little lady who I get to call my niece came into the world and we are all in love! She has her mommy and daddy wrapped around her little finger, and after you see these images, you’ll know exactly why! Miss Olivia Lee is calm, sweet, and has THEE softest skin ever. She was so pleasant for our session…until we undressed her and put her on her belly (you’ll see what she did in protest later in this blog post)!

Meg, thank you for trusting me with your new little love, and for sharing such sweet tender family moments with me. Motherhood suits you. And Christian, thanks for putting on a clean shirt and agreeing to be in these pictures, haha! Love you three so very much!
