Bubbly, joyful, easy-going. My heart overflows with happiness when I arrive to a session and can describe a client with those three words, and miss Aly here had my heart leaping for joy during our entire time together! She is so sweet and funny and down to Earth, and if some dark clouds hadn’t rolled in, I might still be downtown taking portraits of her right now!!! How did I get so lucky to have seniors like her?!

I met Aly when I photographed Cassidy’s senior portraits last month and I was THRILLED when she reached out to me about squeezing in her own senior portrait session before graduation! I am SO glad we were able to out-run the rain that was supposed to come in that afternoon (seriously, VA, what’s with all these rainy days?!) and enjoy a lovely overcast afternoon! She brought the cutest outfits and theee most infectious smile & I love the images we were able to create together!

A little bit of a story behind her cap: she attended Brooke Point but ended up finished her diploma at another school. She’s still walking at BP graduation and a lot of her classmates are confused! I love that she incorporated this Mean Girls reference!
